What we do in the gym will be completely personal to you. The program you will be following will be tailored to your goals and abilities through my in depth assessment process Prior to us starting to work together and throughout by constant check ins and feedback. There is no need to worry that it will not work for you. 

1-1 Coaching

I offer 1-1 coaching which is best for someone who prefers training by themselves or needs extra attention. It is beneficial for those starting out in a Gym who will get constant feedback and necessary adjustments throughout the session. It is also great for those who would be more advanced and are looking to achieve a very specific goal. 

2-1 Coaching

2-1 coaching involves everything that 1-1 does, 2-1 coaching is great for those who have similar goals in mind and want to train together. This is perfect for friends or family and is a cheaper alternative for anyone who might need a more budget friendly option. 

if you would like to train 2-1 but do not have anybody to do it with there will be spaces available to train with someone else, you could make a new buddy!

Online Coaching

Online Coaching is run through an app which gives you access to your program and myself. this is a more affordable option and is best for someone with some training experience who is comfortable with the basics and training on their own. we will communicate via phone and check ins. 

All Packages are tailored to you. There Are blocks of 8 and 12 Sessions. 1-1 Personal Training Sessions start at 50.
