Hannah Hughes 
Fitness Coach, Nutritional Advisor and Women's Coaching Specialist

I have been working as a coach Since 2019. I became interested in fitness when I went through my own weight loss journey. There was so many different suggestions and diets and methods for exercise and diet and it was all very overwhelming. I tried it all and figured out what worked and what did not.

 

My ethos is all about sustainable routines and being kind to yourself. We will work towards creating the best possible routine for you that works best for you! There is nothing you cannot eat and nothing you have to do in your training routine. It is completely personal and should make you feel good!

Qualifications 

I am a fully qualified Personal trainer and nutritional advisor.

I am also trained as a functional fitness coach and a women's coaching specialist.
